Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 2026-05-28
This Policy describes conduct that is not acceptable on the Vetra platform. Breach may result in suspension or termination without refund. This Policy forms part of the Terms of Service.
1. No illegal activity
Do not use the Service to violate Indian law or the law of any jurisdiction applicable to your operations, including controlled-substance regulations, animal welfare laws and consumer-protection laws.
2. No abuse of the platform
- No attempts to gain unauthorised access to the system, other tenants' data, or the underlying infrastructure.
- No automated scraping, crawling or bulk extraction beyond the documented export features.
- No reverse engineering, decompilation or disassembly except to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.
- No load testing or denial-of-service activity against shared services.
- No probing or scanning of vulnerabilities outside the responsible disclosure programme described in the Security Statement.
3. No misuse of credentials
- Do not share, sell or publish account credentials.
- Each clinic staff member should have their own user; shared accounts defeat audit logging and may breach DPDPA accountability obligations.
- Notify us immediately at security@proxie.in if you suspect a credential is compromised.
4. No harmful content
- No malware, spyware or content that exploits security flaws.
- No content that infringes third-party intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
- No data outside the scope of veterinary practice operations (e.g. human medical records) unless explicitly agreed in writing.
5. No resale without consent
You may not resell, sub-license or operate the Service on behalf of third parties without our written consent.
6. Reporting violations
Report suspected violations to support@proxie.in.
