1. Not veterinary advice
Vetra is a software tool that helps licensed veterinarians and their staff record, organise and bill the work they perform. It is not a clinical decision-support system. Drug interaction checks, dosage guidance, diagnostic suggestions or pathology references shown anywhere in the Service are reference material only. They do not replace the professional judgement of a qualified veterinary practitioner. We accept no liability for clinical decisions made on the basis of content displayed by the Service.
2. Software "as-is"
Except as expressly stated in a separately signed agreement, the Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
3. Third-party content
The Service may surface third-party catalogue data (drugs, products, suppliers) and link to external sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of third parties.
4. Forward-looking statements
Roadmap items, beta features and pricing previews may change. Statements about future functionality are not commitments.
5. Regulatory standing
Vetra is not a medical device and is not regulated under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 or the Medical Devices Rules, 2017. If your usage approaches the boundary of a regulated device — e.g. integrating diagnostic hardware, generating prescriptions without human review — contact us at legal@proxie.in so we can scope a compliant deployment.
6. No legal or tax advice
Tax computations, GST handling and invoice numbering features assist practices in meeting their compliance obligations but do not constitute legal or tax advice. Practices remain responsible for their own filings.
